Ram Patel Joins CIC Services, Deepening Its Analytical Bench Strength

A changing economy, emergence of unique risks and political change made 2016 a particularly surprising year.  This was the kind of year that highlighted the importance of unique approaches to risk management and risk financing.  As a captive insurance company manager, CIC Services has been working on increasingly complex risk financing structures tailored to help small and mid-market clients meet the challenges of the twenty-first century.

To help meet these challenges, CIC Services continues to add top notch talent to its team.  We are very pleased to announce that Ram Patel has joined CIC Services as a Captive Analyst, where he will help with compliance, modeling, claims management and operational support.  Ram has spent his teen years and early adult life being actively involved in his family’s hotel business, where he has developed strong business acumen.  He also has a background in Supply Chain Management and Insurance, and he worked as a Process Improvement Consultant with a particular focus in coal mining operations.

Ram is a very adventurous person and likes to learn about new industries and concepts. He is still very involved in the hospitality industry and is part of several major hotel associations. Ram received his Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management from the University of Tennessee in 2015.

Ram can be found playing golf, going to UT sporting events, or enjoying time with friends when he isn’t working. He will be working at CIC Services Headquarters in Knoxville, TN.
