Nate Reznicek Joins CIC Services

Alternative risk financing, including captive insurance, continues to gain prominence as business threats continue to evolve in the fast-paced twenty-first century.  These arrangements are unique and involve many moving parts.  The past 18 months have been characterized by some significant changes in legislation and the regulation of captive insurance and other alternative risk management approaches.

With this environment in mind we are very pleased to announce that Nate Reznicek, ACI, CAB, PMP will be joining CIC Services, LLC as Director of Operations.  Nate will be transitioning from Assurance Partners, headquartered in Salina, Kansas, where he served as Risk Analyst.  Assurance Partners is one of the largest independent property and casualty brokers in the Midwest.

Nate will bring over a decade of executive level client services and management experience to CIC Services.  Prior to joining CIC Services, Nate led the alternative risk transfer division for Assurance Partners.  Nate is also a Certified Analytic Broker™ and provides expertise in the identification of existing and emerging trends that can now (or will in the future) negatively impact their financials.

Mr. Reznicek holds an active Property and Casualty license and holds a Project Management Professional (PMP ®) certification from the Project Management Institute.  Nate maintains an active leadership position in the captive industry and sits on the Captive Insurance Companies Association (CICA) Programming Committee as well as the International Center for Captive Insurance Education (ICCIE) Curriculum Committee.  He also serves as a subject matter expert on captive insurance for strategic advisors across the country.

A native of Wichita, Kansas, Nate spent his formative years at the University of Kansas and was an Airman in the USAF Air National Guard.  He and his wife Becca are the proud parents of two children and enjoy all things sports-related.
