CIC Services Sues Former Client For Fraud
CIC Services recently filed a lawsuit in the Circuit Court for Knox County, Tennessee against a former client, SRM Group, Inc., it’s owner, Suresh Prabhu, and two related captive insurance companies formerly managed by CIC Services. The lawsuit alleges breach of contract and fraud and seeks both compensatory and punitive damages.
Texas Resident Seeks Sanctions Against Attorney Jay Adkisson
Texas resident LeAnn Cyr has filed complaints against attorney, captive insurance pundit and Forbes.com contributor Jay Adkisson with the State Bar of Texas Chief Disciplinary Counsel, Office of the General Counsel of the Oklahoma Bar Association, State Bar of Nevada, State Bar of California and State Bar of Arizona.
