CIC Services, LLC is pleased to announce that Rob Wunschel has joined the firm as Director of Operations. Rob has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry with a concentration in management, policies and procedures.
Most recently, Rob served as Vice President of Operations for a financial services firm based out of Dallas, TX specializing in Executive Benefit solutions. Earlier in his career, he managed the accounts payable departments for 15 upscale nursing home and assisted living facilities with a combined total of over $20 million in annual expenditures. Throughout his career, he has also held several management positions in the retail and credit card banking industries, working for some of the largest VISA and MasterCard issuers in the country based out of Wilmington, DE. This experience afforded him the opportunity to play a leadership role in the launch of one of America’s first online only retail and credit card banks. In addition, Mr. Wunschel has significant customer service and sales experience working for major nationwide companies such as PepsiCo.
Rob studied project management at the University of Delaware and also studied business administration at Cape Atlantic Junior College in his home state of New Jersey. Rob also holds an active license as a life insurance agent and is currently pursuing his Associate in Captive Insurance (ACI) from the International Center for Captive Insurance Education.
Rob will play a key role in helping CIC Services, LLC continue to provide excellent service to captive owners. CIC Services has doubled the number of captives under management in three years, and 2017 is shaping up to be a record year.
