CIC Services Adds Jake Ridgway as Vice President of People and Operations

CIC Services has named Jake Ridgway vice president of people and operations. Ridgway brings more than 20 years of experience in human resources and leadership across the technology, digital analytics, information services, and advertising industries. In his new role, he will lead both HR and operations to support organizational effectiveness, enhance company culture, and ensure cohesive execution across teams in alignment with CIC Services’ strategic objectives.

Most recently, Ridgway served as senior vice president of people at Health Union, where he was a member of the executive team and led a team of HR professionals focused on cultivating a culture rooted in inclusion, community, excellence, and strategic execution of the company’s core HR objectives. His work aligned human resources strategy with business goals and empowered employees to meaningfully contribute to company success.

Previously, Ridgway also held senior HR and talent acquisition roles at Comscore, where he oversaw global recruiting efforts for a technology and analytics company, driving people growth from 300 to over 2,000 employees across 20 countries. As part of the HR leadership team, his responsibilities also included performance management, compensation strategy, employee development, and multiple process improvement initiatives.

Ridgway holds a Bachelor of Science in psychology from the University of Mary Washington.
He joins CIC Services as the firm continues to grow its presence in the captive insurance sector and expand its team of experienced consultants supporting clients nationwide.
