Standing Together for a Cause: CIC’s Impact at Light The Night
The CIC team recently came together for the East Tennessee Light The Night event at Covenant Health Park, and it proved to be an extraordinary evening of generosity, teamwork, and community impact. The new venue provided an exceptional setting for an event that brought together individuals and organizations united in support of the Blood Cancer United cause.
This mission carries deep personal significance for members of our leadership, which made the outpouring of support from the CIC team even more meaningful. Through tremendous commitment and collective effort, CIC raised just under $93,000, placing us within striking distance of our ambitious $100,000 goal.
To put this accomplishment into context, the overall event raised more than $100,000 above last year’s total. If CIC reaches the $100,000 mark before fundraising closes in February, we will set a historic milestone, as no team has ever achieved this level of fundraising in the event’s history.
It was a remarkable night that showcased the strength of our team and our shared dedication to a cause that impacts so many families. CIC is proud to contribute to this important mission and grateful for everyone who helped make this year’s Light The Night such an exceptional success.
