When it comes to insurance, not all “sports bars” are created equal — yet many are priced as if they are.

CIC Services is honored to stand alongside the East Tennessee community in support of the 2025 Light The Night ceremony, hosted by Blood Cancer United (formerly the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society). Taking place on November 6 at Covenant Health Park, this uplifting event brings people together to raise awareness, celebrate survivors, and remember those lost to blood cancer—all while helping fund critical research and patient support.
Light The Night is an inspiring evening dedicated to honoring and remembering those impacted by blood cancers, while raising critical funds for lifesaving research, support services, and advocacy. Participants walk with illuminated lanterns—white for survivors, red for supporters, and gold in memory of loved ones lost—creating a moving display of hope, unity, and determination to end blood cancer.
“At CIC Services, we believe that doing good goes hand in hand with doing business,” said Randy Sadler, Principal at CIC Services. “Supporting Light The Night is more than just an act of charity—it’s a demonstration of our shared values, compassion, and commitment to making a meaningful impact in the lives of others.”
CIC Services invites clients, partners, and community members to stand with us in this important cause. You can join our team at the event or make a donation through our fundraising page. Every dollar raised brings us one step closer to a world without blood cancer.

In today’s uncertain environment, one fact is increasingly evident: businesses need both greater insurance protection and stronger financial stability. A captive insurance company is the only strategy that delivers both.
